OUR SERVICE

CONTRACT SORTING PROCESS

MEASURE
We measure your parts with repeat accuracies down to 0.005mm. With measurements from different angles, several inspection features can be evaluated per image acquisition.
TEST
The parts are visually inspected for certain attributive characteristics. The repeatability of the inspection characteristics can be seen as a function of speed, size and surface condition.
SORT
The delivered mixed and not sorted series are optically separated. On the basis of clear inspection characteristics, a 100% sorting can be guaranteed.
PACKAGING
We have various options for packaging your inspected and sorted products. We will be happy to show you our options and respond to your wishes.
DELIVER
If you wish, we can take care of the logistics for you. With our company-owned cars or in cooperation with selected forwarders we pick up and bring your valuable products.
